Their whole schtick is they cut out the MIDDLE MAN.

That means they DO NOT SELL THROUGH TYPICAL LIGHTING STORES. They sell direct to the public. There will not be much out on the internet about them. If they have a UL label, that's a good sign. If you don't like the light return it.
