kitchen color scheme opinions

I am in the process of remodeling my kitchen. I bought Taj Mahal quartzite countertops and doing it on the backsplash as well. The floors are remaining and I am getting new shaker cabinets. I am thinking about going with the color dove white. I’ve attached pictures of my existing kitchen, Taj Mahal I purchased (a lot lighter in person), and my inspiration photo. The floors are new from the previous owner so staying with it. I guess my question is simple. Am I making the right decision with the cabinet color or should I think about doing more of a contrast or keep it airy and simple and stay white?

There Coretec vinyl flooring less than a year old. Also not in the budget to change. I also like it to be honest. Here’s pictures of what’s on the other side of where I’m taking the picture. Flows nice with the house

its a very sprawling layout. I think a key thing would be "pull the kitchen in a bit " then you could consider green painted cabinets if you have an improved plan for cabinet configuration. Food for thought: instead of the L shaped area down from the fridge ..how about a larger , better designed island? the correct green shade could work w both counters and floor but concern right now is the layout.
