I see one BBB review sounds very good . So hard to know what you expect from a custom made piece . I shop online for many things and even a sofa this move had good luck but not custom . If you have time search a bit more than I did for reviews

We bought an upholstered Tyler bed friom them about 4 years ago. It has been great. We lean against the headboard to read at night and there has been no piling or dents. I dont remeber the fabric we ordered but I would guess Asher.
