Okay - so, that is a lot of info in your post. However, it's not really the information that people need in order to help you design your kitchen.

All you've listed are things related to the finishes for the kitchen - the first thing that you should be addressing is the layout. The most important part of a kitchen renovation is improving the function of the space.

You need to prepare a scaled sketch of the space - you can use graph paper or just a ruler (1/4" = 1' scale). You need to list dimensions for every wall/window/door/doorway/etc.

I assume that you will be replacing the bar area with a normal counter height island, correct?

How tall are your ceilings? Will you be taking the cabinets up to the ceiling?

How many people use the kitchen to cook - e.g., does just one person cook at a time or will there be more than one person in the kitchen while preparing meals?

Will the area at the far end of the first photo be used for dining?

Is there a formal dining room in the home? If yes, please include its location. Do you need/want to have a separate formal dining room?

Once the best layout for your space is determined, the next step is to figure out finishes.

As others mentioned, I would settle the layout before choosing all the finishes.

Since you’re refinishing the floors in a darker walnut, I would opt for paint-grade cabinets rather than introducing another wood finish. Then bring in the stronger green on one main feature—possibly the island or hood—and repeat it more lightly in the living room through fabrics, art or accessories. That will connect the rooms without making everything match.
