Our master bathroom is 7x13 and is in dire need of a complete overhaul. Attached is the floorplan of master bath and bedroom. We can not add onto the bathroom but could take space from master bedroom? We would like a separate toilet room or toilet and shower room and a vanity that is at least 6'. Everything can move in bath due to easy access below. We would also like shower to be stepless and a bathtub is a no go with space.

The window placement is flexible as well.
