I live in NW Connecticut and am looking for a contemporary small house plan for a lot which has lots of stone on it.

Hi-
Sorry to be slow in responding -- I have had a series of deadlines!
Anyway - I am not sure I understand your question - I think you are asking how much SF would you need for a similar studio space + some additional areas too. Is this what you are asking?
This studio includes a bathroom and space that could be reasonably converted to a small kitchen -- one is being designed now. At some point in the hopefully not too distant future I intend to work out some ideas about easier loft access - this space could then be used for sleeping - and or possibly a variant which added on a bedroom at grade.
Plans for the studio as it is are available through houseplans.com
type my name into the search bar when you open the site.
If you have more questions - feel free to email me using my regular email address -- cschwabe@earthlink.net.
thanks,
Cathy

This is a lovely studio which could also be a tiny home ideally suited for Lake Tahoe!
