When space is that tight it's often better to have your lighting mounted on the wall and adjustable to accommodate multiple locations and conditions.

1. Couch: 6'2" long, 32"deep, seat depth = 22.5" deep

2. One small swivel chair: 29.5"w x 26"d x 29.5"h

3. One small pop up coffee table that can double as a table. Mainstay has a small lift top coffee table. Sold through Walmart. 40.5" long.

Another suggestion with only one couch that is 74" long/wide. Dog bed in the corner and cat bed next to the high chair.

Another with two comfy chairs.
