The height of base USA cabinetry in a kitchen, regardless door or drawer is a standard 34.5 INCHES height, to have a counter too, and final height 0f 36"

A height of 28 inches......NO. Not here: ) That would be something you have custom built.

The image shows the bank of tall cabinets, I want to change the door configuration as the base doors are currently 895mm and I want the base doors to be 715mm. The oven configuration will stay as is and the surrounding cupboards will have new configuration.
