This size is definitely something we struggled with as well - which is why this particular piece is custom made by our local Glass & Mirror partner, and then mounted to the wall, and covered with the frame molding, specified from Universal Arquati.

We would recommend reaching out to a local glass & mirror manufacturer, and seeing what frame options they may carry internally already, and who they are able to work with to mount their custom built mirrors in! And then you get the exact size you want. Happy remodeling!
