The island has the Ogee edge and the counters an eased edge - wanted the island to stand out w fancier edge :)

Granite is called Rivers Gold from Italy

Now just keep all the 'stuff' & magnets off the refrigerator, lol - looks wonderful!!

Island - what type of window treatments for adjacent area?

Great job! Just did my kitchen and don't even mind cleaning up anymore! I would pick an accent color. To the left side of sink in corner-large plate on a stand and bring your accent color to your seating area. Do you need to have privacy on those windows? Looks like a small area but I think you need to play around with furniture placement with loveseat and chairs.

I love it! How did you live with the old one? This is an improvement on the quality of life!
