Are you speaking if that bead? If so, not you cannot caulk and and sand that flat and have this being any sort of presentable.

Like so many other things in life, it’s so much easier to change your mind than to change your kitchen cabinet profile. For what it’s worth, I like your profile. It’s more complex than Shaker, but not hideously so. Focus on the other elements of your space and eventually you won’t even notice this.

You cannot sand caulk, you would use an epoxy.

Its SO hard to keep clean!

I get your point about cleaning. I have slim shaker with flat rails and stiles (no bevels.) I knew they'd be a bit harder to keep clean than a beveled style, but I wanted what I wanted.

In case it helps: I keep a soft paint brush in a kitchen drawer and I regularly sweep the rails clean - all doors and drawers. Then I wipe the counters. This is my routine before cleaning the floors. It doesn't take long and keeps things tidy. The paint brush helps get the spaces between panels too, like on the exposed side of my oven stack. I do all the rails on the room doors too. (On the baseboards I use a swiffer duster - less bending.)
