Tell us about your home. What is the siding? The first pic it appears you have cedar siding. The second looks like terra cotta colored paint. Reccomendations for change matter what the material is.

What exactly are you able to update? Budget wise? Feasability? Landscaping?

We will need a lot mor einfo . Waht do you mean by update exactly? I went to you idea books and really see nothing that resembles the home you have which looks to be a ranch style so lots of difference between those ideas and your home .

Get rid of the taller shrubs so you can see house maybe some white trim on windows maybe some house numbers by the front door

See so much better when you actaIully answer. MY advice is clean every thing 2x and the windows for sure . Get some nice big pots filled with flowers and be done . Info from an OP is all we have to work with so start every post the fact you are flipping the house . What is the inside like ? I understand curb appeal but I live in the house so more important to most buyers .Maybe tells us a bit about what you do not like , the pics are not very helpful to show if the siding is in great shape or what. How about the roof? Maybe anew front door in a color . Where are you in the world?

I love this house but would swap out the light fixtures to modern ones and paint the front door a color.

Groundcover plants and cedar mulch or pine straw for the bare dirt areas.

I think it looks fine, except that the window frame color doesn't work with the siding color. Can you paint the windows/trim?

I reviewed OP's posts and I don't think there are too many. Each one is for a different house, and they go back many years of flipping as explained.

I don't think anyone is "offended", or that you have too many posts. Lots of people have many posts if they are working on different projects. It's just that most of the times when you've asked for help over the years, you haven't responded to suggestions or questions, including last year's post on this same house. I guess you're busy, but then so are the people who provide feedback.

It's a bit discouraging when people put effort into a response and don't get any feedback from the original poster. I don't think it's about the Houzz platform particularly, I think anyone would hope for a response if they take the time to ask a question or provide some feedback.

There are lots of people with good ideas here who spend quite a bit of effort on their responses. Glad to see that you've responded on this post - that's the way to get the best help!
