Please note that your current fixture was not hung at the correct height to begin with.

Do you have enough space from the wall to the centerline of the fixture to accommodate a 33" in diameter fixture? Better measure.

Once you select the fixture you still have that huge wall to address. I think I would install a large vertical canvas on the landing and then install a couple of track lights on a stem to illuminate the canvas.

^Agree - the ones you posted seem too small at 24”

Doesn't seem like a great spot for a chandelier due to the pony wall and window upstairs, and calls attention to the wrong things. Art and spotlight would look good.
