Need feedback on small bathroom layout

Hi I am looking for feedback on this layout - it's a family bathroom to be used by elderly and kids. We need separate bath and shower. I would like a longer vanity around 1200 mm and open to let the door swing out as there is wall on the right side of the entry. Note there are windows above toilet and bath on 2.8m wall. Thanks!

Just to clarify wall opposite proposed entry is 2850 mm(950+1900) and wall on right with shower head on it is 2500 mm. The wall on left of entry is 1500 mm and on parallel to 2500 mm is 1m. There is a door on this wall which I am looking to move to opposite vanity to allow more central space.

A floor plan with feet and inches would be more benficial with every dimension filled in legibly. This is primarily an American used page.
