I keep vanity lights on a dimmer when I want to go to the bathroom at night without blasting myself awake with full light. I pretty much put every switch in a dimmer.

I have dimmers on every light switch in the house. Even my outdoor lights can be dimmed, which is important on the lanai/patio when entertaining.

Actually my pantry doesn't have one, but I plan on adding one!

Dimmers rule!

Add me to the list of above "dimmer lovers" - you may not use every dimmer - but it's always nice to have the option!

Dimmers are energy-savers. If you live in CA, then dimmers are required and at least one light switch must be on a vacancy sensor. Check with your local code.
