Tor kick vent under fireplace built-in

Hi - I’m in the midst of a remodel, and i am remodeling the fireplace. There is a floor vent under the left built-in but not the right. My current cabinets have “legs” so its open underneath them. The design/build people said they could move the vent, but they actually cannot move it out of the way because there is a duct running under the floor edge where I would want the vent relocated. i do not want a toe kick vent under the built-in because i think it will look bad bc there is the fireplace and two symmetrical cabinets - and only one will have a toe kick vent that will be obvious. I think i should do cabinets with legs again to avoid this issue. Is that the right choice? The fireplace built-ins will be white with a carrara marble surround for the stone. Im posting my current fireplace and an AI mock-up.

Current:

AI mock-up with it open under the built-ins: (The cabinets will not be forward of the fireplace in real life. They will be a couple inches back.)
