Hi bigbang1! This is not wallpaper. Above the chair rail we created a faux finish using specialty plasters, that we hand-tinted a "taupey-gray-shimmery" color. We applied it in several layers, brushing through it while wet. Below the chair rail, we had mirrors custom-cut to fit the walls. Before they were installed, we applied a reverse-painting technique to the BACK of the mirrors using an all-over damask pattern, paints, and stains.
