Where is the vanity at the topeft bathroom? can walls in between the two bathrooms be adjusted? what it the space at the top left?

No, the wall that is behind both toilets is an existing wall and cannot be adjusted. The vanity in the left bathroom is against the left-most wall.

The shower needs to be in the top right corner of the layout. There is existing plumbing there for a shower, we may be able to adjust the drain a bit, but I want to keep the shower in that corner for budgetary reasons.

Can you label the measurements of all the walls, doors and windows please? At first glance, my thought is to move the primary vanity to the same wall as the tub in the secondary bath.

There is a window on the same wall as the tub in the secondary bath. Our thought was that it would be most cost effective to put the vanity along the toilet closet such that the window is behind you when standing at the sink.

Would you be willing to move the door to the bathroom as @Karenseb shows? That seems like a more ideal layout.
