Why are gaps forming in floating floor?

I have Swiss Design floating planks, that I purchased from icorkflooring. The flooring was laid over a subfloor and I think there is cork underlay. The planks are showing noticeable gaps after a couple of years.
What do I do?
Does the wood trim have to be removed for someone to fix this?

Have you spoken with the installer or anyone about fixing this? I would say the trim would definitely need to be pulled to lift and relay the floor.

If the flooring has an attached pad already, you generally do not add any additional pad, as it stresses the click lock system, and breaks it.
