I've been talking to a few nursery workers and owners about how they track inventory — especially when selling both wholesale and online. So far everyone I've talked to is using some combination of spreadsheets, and their own memory.

Curious what others here use. Do you have a system that works well? Or is inventory tracking just a constant headache?

Trying to understand if this is a universal problem or if some of you have figured it out!!!
