Shower ceiling light cover

All, I need to locate a shower ceiling light cover. The original (from 1986) was broken and lost years ago.
The cover is a screw/spin-on type, approximately 6 inches in diameter.
Is that cover still available?
Can the bezel be replaced (with new cover)?
