I'm considering these for my family room (non-reclining swivel model). I love the look and find them comfortable in the store, but I am wondering about quality - one of the replies to this post described the reclining model of this chair literally breaking off of the base - twice - and PB not standing behind the product.

Has anyone had problems with the non-reclining swivel model? I'd appreciate any feedback on quality of this chair.
