That’s a cozy spot with TWO windows and lots of charm potential. It looks like it sees a lot of traffic, it’s the drop zone for keys, junk mail, car trash, shoe-changing.

Can you remove everything else, and see how it goes? I wonder if a long console under the window, with room below for the trash receptacles, would help? Perhaps on the back wall, not next to the door? What is to the left in the picture?
