It took a couple years to find these seeds and a couple more to grow them successfully. Have about 1 cup of seeds (one plant survived to harvest). Beans look like correct Marrowfat but growing habit NOTHING like expected.

2024 no germination without heat mat, 70% with. Planted close expecting bush beans. Vines ran like crazy! Crowded and unhappy, NO harvest.

2025 30% germination with heat mat. Only had 3 plants and snails got 2 of them. Surviving plant VOGEROUS runner/pole!! Vines to 12 feet. 5 MONTHS to harvest.

Not enough to cook but enough to share freshly harvested seed with several gardeners that would like to experiment and share knowledge about this hard to find bean.

Interested in trades for whatever your favorites are. Have fondness for paste or heart tomatoes or cucumbers, but open to trying just about anything. I am coastal southern California if that helps you decide.
