It is important for the rooms in your home to flow from one to another. So thank you for sharing what will be in the nearby spaces to the bathroom you want to wallpaper.

You have 3 powder rooms? I do not think PRs need to be done to go with the spaces around them but if you have a PR next to the DR IMO that is bad design. We need to see the powder rooms and also why mention the kitcehn cabinets at all. Wallpaper IMO is the last thing to choose so post pics of the PRs with all else done to get help choosing wallpaper . Waht furniture is going in the DR ? Wall color again last choice after other elements have been chosen. I assume this is avery traditional style home so really important to share more info.
