What does "keeping the couches the same" mean? They are staying in the location they are in now or you're just keeping them? They seem on the large size for such a narrow room. TV is an awkward postion to watch comfortable --- too high

Seems like white paint and wood should be added to the room.

Hi. Thank you so much. Will do tomorrow. This is to help out my Mom and her boyfriend's house. They just bought those gray couches, so they are definitely keeping them

My take on the room is that you have a lot of warm attractive wood and too many, too bulky gray sofas that don't go well with the wood. I get you don't want to replace them all, but do you use them all frequently? If not, I'd consider replacing the loveseat and the armchair with new, slimmer versions. Pulling some wood tones in would be a good idea.
