Is BM Sea Salt the color shown in the photo?

You need to add photos of the rest of the room - the countertop is only one color/finish to consider when selecting a paint color for the walls.

There really isn’t much to see in the room because it is under construction. The cabinets will be a stained a walnut colour and the trim is SW pure white

You don't have to match the beautiful quartz. Let it be the star of the show. Work with the lot of natural light for the walls (from which direction?).

yeah BM sea salt can go kinda flat with quartz like that I’d try something a bit warmer like white dove or classic gray, keeps it light but gives more contrast so the countertop pops

Retreat and Pewter Green are darker shades on the same strand as Sea Salt - order larger samples on Sampleize to get a better sense of what pops in the room.

The two rooms don't need to be the same color, they need to coordinate.

I am assuming the white trim in the bedroom is also Pure White.

From what I am seeing you currently have 3 different undertones going on in the room and they are not playing well together.

See how this deep taupe is matching the flooring undertones (pink/violet)

And this cool neutral is matching the countertop

now these two colors next to a similar color as you selected (see the stripe on the wall on your original wall color)

These three neutrals just are not working together.

Is there a color from your bedroom other than the wall color that could be used to tie the two rooms together (bedding/ Art)?

Using a color in this bathroom could be fabulous.

I used the Sherwin WIlliams painter because it is a bit quicker to use than the BM painter. They both suck for seeing the actual paint colors, but it is good enough to give you some idea on what the problem is and how to solve for it.
