I love your house and the colors. For curb appeal, show the nice stone, remove the hedges.

I would remove the shutters on the lower right...to me, they break up the clean lines of the stonework there and are distracting...simplify.

Can you paint the recessed front door a focal color? Hard to see it.

Xeriscape typically does not include lawns which are thirsty. I would use the drip system only. Plant somewhat sparsely with a line for each plant, they wlll mature and start to fill in. Fill the empty areas with rock or mulch. Amend the soil for each planting hole, no need to amend the whole yard.

I like to mix plants of different heights, include some creeping plants, and include different color foliage and flowers. Also will attract butterflies. Succulents and native grasses add interest.

Your nice house would look much better without the hedges. I agree with WestCoast Hopeful, I think your trees could benefit by some judicious trimming, you would be wise to consult with an arborist.

We did some of changes. We’re in a cul de sac which is why front yard is so small, backyard 1/3 acre and also have HOA restrictions on door color, etc. Shutters are repeated left of door and 2nd story window but hard to see. I did use some of your native plant suggestions for that front area. Will do left side next, thank you so much! Wonderful suggestions.
