That is a beautiful property and the landscaping is stunning. Then you walk inside and are assaulted by all that wallpaper, even the ceilings! They missed the garage through.

I agree that too much is too much and give me boring ceilings........however, I really liked the kitchen wallpaper. A LOT.

It’s definitely a time capsule. Seeing the aerial photos it looks as though it has been expanded many times with no thought to a cohesive design, just adding on here and there where there was room to do so. So many different rooflines, it looks very jumbled! It would be a huge project to redo the interiors but that would still not address the higgledy- piggledy exterior.

The grounds are gorgeous. I’d love to stroll around in person. And I love this age and style of house.

I’m not a fan of the wallpaper; I wish we could see what the future buyers do (if they remove any or all and how they decorate).

I actually like some of the wallpaper and the hosue overall, thought it needs to tone down its Colonial-ness for my tastes. That look can become almost themey.

The first thing I'd do is remove the window treatments, but overall, I'd keep most of the wallpaper. Something about it all just works for me. The atrium is gorgeous, and the grounds are perfection!

Wow...pattern mixing with too much color! Someone was over zealous about decorating! The room sizes are nice tho. Love the grounds...a gardners dream scape. Beautiful from the outside. A great piece of property and not over priced. I wonder what the new owners will spend on the remodel...
