Was there a question? If you want advice you have to say what you are looking for, zone and nearest city.

I would build a box to hide the A/C unit.

Can you build a low pergola for some shade? And/or use solar screen fabric and mount them for filtered light. You can buy them in different shapes and sizes with grommet holes.

Otherwise a patio umbrella. And comfy furniture. String lights. Hang pots on the fence.

You have a nice raised bed for vegetables or cutting flowers. It could use some stepping stones for access.

You have a nice lawn to relax on or for a picnic.

Not sure what you are wanting but if it was mine I would put the garden where the paving is and a sitting/BBQ area where the garden is. Pressure treated lumber or masonry blocks would look nice if you want to have this area raised.

If you do try to screen your AC unit make sure you allow for good airflow and if you plant up against your nice fence make sure its protected from wet soil.

We have no idea where the OP is in the world. Are they in the north, with a north-facing patio, which needs no shade? Or in the south with a south-facing patio, that will bake all summer?

Please post photos of the entire space. Do you just need help with this one corner?
