I'm not a fan of muddy grays. I think, you'd be better off with a color. If you want to be conservative, a darker blue with white trim.

The combination of grays would be grim.

You can quickly and easily get a start on the paint color choices by priming just the red columns with white primer. Then it will be much, much easier to imagine a completely different front of the house.

Congratulations on the remodel.

SW Dorian Gray isn't a statement color. Why not use either Peppercorn or Iron Ore for the body. Great with the white trim. I'd choose a light blue (SW Sky High) for the porch ceiling, a great contrast to the deep rich siding color, and to make the porch ceiling feel higher... not to mention brighten the interior of the home.

The porch floor a fun color as a welcoming accent, including the front door.

The columns should be the color of the siding or the color of the trim. Paint the corner boards the same color as the siding.

Use the Dorian Gray for the porch floor if you love that shade of gray.
