I'd put the pillows from the velvet chairs on the sofa and get for the velvet chairs solid green lumbar pillows that match the green lamp.

Chair pillows really too small for sofa unless I get 2 solid velvet pillows to go behind them.

Love the cheetah lumbar so if you still want new pillow covers, I’d look for something with blue, black and green.

Beverly my concern is not the table and lamps.

Move the pillows on the blue chairs (the trim is enough accent ) to the sofa. Move the animal print pillow to the big leather chair.

I understand that you are not addressing this, but I am going to support Beverly's idea that the tall lamps do not work on that tiny hall desk. If there is a plug behind sofa, consider filling the empty space with the lamps. Treat the shelf as a console.
