The roof also needs replacing, and can be any colour we want, so the current brown roof is not a factor.

I'd suggest shopping for a roof before spending time/effort looking for paint colors. Because the range of color options might be somewhat limited. A lot depends on brand and specific profile/style of the shingle.

In general, a dark charcoal is one of my favorite options. Most "Charcoal" colorways in most brands tends to be consistent in color, not splotchy or a patchwork of different color when installed.

And it gives you a longer ramp for choosing a color with more a little more chroma (colorfulness) than a typical neutral.

The teal will work well with a charcoal or a color that leans more brownish. So you do have some wiggle room there. But I'd definitely lock in the roof before diving in to the scope of work involved with painting a house that size.
