Wolf vs Monogram speed oven

last month

There’s a bunch of posts on here where people talk about which one they prefer, but I had a few specific questions:

  1. Is the metal tray in the Monogram really PFOA / PTFE free? I’ve seen some things saying its ceramic coated, and others just ‘non stick’ so I’m really not sure

  2. I believe for the speed cook modes, for Wolf you have to preheat, then open and put food in, and then press start. Same for convection mode. Whereas for the Monogram you just put it in, press whatever setting and press start, no need to open and close and press start again. Can anyone confirm?

  3. Does the Wolf take long to preheat vs the Monogram given there’s no halogen bulbs? What about overall cooking time?

  4. Does anyone actually use the speed cook/combination modes on the Wolf? Are these any good, or pretty limited and pointless?

  5. The new Wolf speed oven seems to have removed the buttons and now it’s just one touch screen in the middle similar to the Monogram. Is it a pain to go through these menus? Or similar to the Monogram?

Thank you in advance for your help!
