bathroom vanity gone wrong - what to do next?

Hello!

Our new to us bathroom contractor has made a few mis-steps and here's the last straw. We have a European floating vanity and this is how it's going:

1/4 inch gap at back and sink not sitting flush at back

installed at 32.5 inches high (we are 5'11" and 5'8") - this feels too low and it's a good 3 inches lower than any other sink in the house.

sink not sitting symmetrical on vanity - more overhang on right than left (would be willing to overlook that if not for other 2 above).

He already screwed up this installation and had to reopen a finished wall as he did not plan ahead for this vanity, even though we had the unit on hand. I don't think he addressed the plumbing change adequately from the previous pedestal sink in anticipation of this unit.

What to do. Fire the guy at this point? Any advice appreciated!
