Do you have pic of bathrooms you admire? What does the other cabinetry/metal in your home looke like? What is your over all style? There are millions of cabinet/toilet/shower designs. Asking posters to stab in the dark at this won't give you the best outcome. Where in the world are you and what sources do you have for fixtures?

Pleasepost the measurements in feet and inches since this is a US site . As for the rest we need pictures of the space as it is now. The toilet usually hard to move BTW.

Hello Nader, May we have the window's dimensions, a picture and it's location drawn into the floor plan? That will make a big difference when making suggestions. Thank you. :-)

    It’s 1.9x1.9 foot

We have a 3D rendition with some suggestions for your consideration. Questions: Can the door be moved all the way to the left against the wall? Can the door hinges be changed to a left hand in swing? If so it will open up the space. Can the alcove/niche where the yellow flowers are sitting on be brought back to the wall it is on?

Here are the pics. Hope this helps. Please let us know if you want anything changed, we will be happy to accommodate you.

More pics. We will gladly post measurements of the fixtures if you are alright with the layout. Please know that the only suggestions being made are the type of fixtures not the colors or styles.

Door moved to the end of the wall with a left inswing. Tree Towel rack. Medicine/storage cabinet over the toilet. Light switch to the right of the cabinet.

Tub fixtures are in the same location. New tub that is 69" x 30". Laundry basket between the sink and tub.

    Corner shower is 90 x 1.9 cm

With all that space in the room, would you like a bit more privacy for the toilet area?

Yes it will be better if you have some idea

I have an idea to give you a separate toilet area. Do you need to have a separate shower and bathtub? Or can you have a combination shower and rub in one?

    Toilet enclosed or walled off.

It's a preference. People view spaces differently. I have a visceral reaction to toilets. I like them not to be in full view if possible. I prefer to have a bathroom in ordered artistically put together sections instead of cluttered with a fixture here and there. Some people like big open spaces. We need to give ourselves permission to choose what is right for ourselves.

He has a 10 x 13 bath gut. He's got one picture. Has added no other content from original

"I need to have single wash basin, bathtub, shower area and I attached the layout plan with measurements"

He doesn't need drastic moves for a good looking 10 x 13 bath

Nor does he need to sacrifice a really comfortable shower , or move a toilet when all he needs is a single sink

He has 21 inches left of the door, can leave space for some open shelves at left, and change vanity from 48 to 36 inches . or move the door 3 inches and still be clear of the heat run on the wall to the right.

Style and finishes his preference as he has stated no real inspo or feel
