Like many flowers in the florist trade, there are rarely garden equivalents. While I am not sold it is that specific cultivar, the previous photo is a good indication that the plant was bred for the florist trade so probably not available to the retail garden center.

Thanks Beverly, I don’t think Pinata Pumpkin is close, the petals have serrations. Novelty Beige is closer but even that one seems to be tighter and more ruffely, if that makes sense. Besides the muted color what we like about ours is the openness of the flower. Gardengal you’re probably right about it being only available to the trade, I did find out that it came from Trader Joe’s. That would be too bad it’s such an attractive bloom and carnations are generally tough and perform well in the garden. Thanks for the replies!
