It would help if you can draw a floor plan showing walls, doors, windows, and closets and the sizes for each opening.

You may want to take advantage of the verticle space. Very tall closed storage units are extremely useful yet have to be bolted to the wall. Closed units are great for people who are not cleaning experts. In the very tall bins, put items that are out of season. I personally like more space than stuff, but that's me. Get bins to fit in storage and label them for super easy cleanup. Kids can only play with one toy at a time anyway. I like the bed not covering the windows. One can never have too much natural light.

This is your second post on same room.

You show the bed in two different positions and you have a lot of furniture I can't identify. What is that bench storage thing? What's the table with the lamp and the thing behind it?

What are your needs? It looks like you don't have a dresser. Is that why you have a suitcase there? Are you hoping to fit one in? Are there other options? Like the closet. What's working for you, what's not? What's being used, what isn't? What's your budget to change things?

I'd be inclined to go with the bed in pic #1, the nightstand to the left of it (ie between the bed and the window wall) and the white toy cubby thing to the other side of the bed, for starters.

Being that i received the bed and end table i did repost. the only piece missing in the 62 inch dresser being delivered tomottow. The room is 11 ft wide by 24 ft long. the pieces are twin bed/dresser/ 1 end table/ toy chest/ white cubby. no extra pieces. the suitcase is from a visitor. wont be in room by saturday. thank you,

I do not like dressers in kids rooms the drawers become stairs and accidents happen . A good closet organizer works great for all the stuff in the dresser. I am I reading this right that the room is 24 feet long? I do not think that is correct but a to scale floor plan could help. How old is the child. You need some low storage maybe with bins under a bench type with a cushion on top .

26 ft must have been a typo because she said earlier in this thread that the room is 11 x 13.

Is the small bluey toy chest staying in the room? if so, how wide is it?

You say in the other thread that the white cubby can't go in the closet because it has a double bar and it's a rental. So just use the top bar. Or remove the lower bar and replace it before you move out. Is the cubby OK to go in the closet width-wise? If so, it will create some nice space in the room to get it in the closet.

The bed along the wall will be hard to make the bed. I also don't like the night table under the window because a child could climb on it.
