favorite rose recipes/foods?

I buy a special rose petal jam from a brand called Raureni. I put it on toasted brioche with either mascarpone or labneh depending on my mood. I also make a honey rose latte by adding maybe a tablespoon each of rose water and honey to my coffee and adding oat milk. I’ve also seen recipes for a Persian love cake that has cardamom, rose petals, and pistachios but have yet to make any. Do any of you like rose flavored things/use it culinarily?

Aaron, my one foray into cooking with roses was this lamb shank recipe. I thought it was delicious, but my partner isn't a big fan of warm spices in savory dishes, so he didn't care for it. And I know lamb is a no-go for some.

I don't think I was able to find the dried rosebuds mentioned in the recipe, but I suppose you could dry your own.

That sounds delicious! I always use cinnamon whenever I make lamb and I bet the other spices complement it well. I’d probably throw some red wine in the mix also. Thanks for sharing—I want to make that asap!!
