Just a heads up I sent you back a message a couple of days ago in case Houzz notification did not come through to you. Also package has not shown up yet but could be because of weather delays. Per my USPS Informed delivery they changed it to no estimated delivery as of this morning. Could be PO's are not scanning the package.

If it doesn't show up anywhere by the end of week. I will file a claim. I sent you four fans, so unfortunately I don't have anymore to spare this Spring. I'm hoping it will show up on your end later this week, and you can revive it. The fans were healthy and had gotten a lot of rain before I mailed them.

Thanks! I no longer get Houzz notifications about new messages. The postal system is so screwed up now. The Indianapolis Distribution Center is notorious for holding packages for prolonged periods. I hope your plant will be OK.

It looks like the package is lost in the mail. It never shows it arriving at its next destination. I sent you a Houzz message about it.

I assumed that is what happened. As of this morning (Tuesday 5/12) it is not showing any new updates on my USPS Informed Delivery. I feel bad you spent the money and perhaps you should file a claim for your postage and the insured item with USPS since you are the sender. If it shows up here, I'll let you know. Take care.

Debra: Package is still in limbo as of this morning. I put a tracer on it on May 13 and no response from USPS as of today. You should go ahead and file a claim for postage and the cost of the plants. I appreciate your sending the plant. Have a good weekend.
