I'm usually in the keep-the-brick camp, but your house looks divided. I might go for painting the brick. You need the right paint though and it really depends on whether you can get both sides to look the same. If you can get a close enough match, you might want to put a smallish evergreen to the left of the door, so it's harder to see the contrast.

I’m with sigrid 👆. Since you have two different surfaces I would paint it all the same.

Romabio products are recommended on this site for painting brick. I’d look into that if I were you.

I dislike painted brick, but, in your case, I think you really dont have a choice. The house looks a bit odd with different surfaces on each side of the doorway. The best thing would be to remove the brick, and stucco the right side, but, that could be a bit expensive, so next best thing is to paint both sides the same. Its still going to show a little difference, but, will look much nicer. I would also replace the door and the storm door. Its nice to have a storm door with a pull down screen, so you can leave it open and get the light and breeze.

The chimney brick and the siding brick are the same. What if you painted or stained (ask your paint store which to use) the stucco a coordinate color. It would be in a flat finish.

Let's talk about the front door....not good. I see a cheap aluminum screen over a faux Victorian door. Loose the screen, please. The door and sidelights are a one piece install. Replace.
