My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    great! Thank you for the info! I was thinking of white oak for the floors. Is there a particular brand that was used? I would prefer prefinished but probably will need to get unfinished

    Hi Ereif, they aren't a specific brand. They are standard, unfinished 2.25 white oak to match the existing flooring in the home. They were sanded and 3 coats of polyurethane were applied. Hope this helps!
