I suggest Jasminum polyanthum. Yes you can keep it as a houseplant and it's often sold as such. Usually people train them on a support of some kind.

Thanks. Getting out the Neem Oil!!! I haven't see any webbing but spider mites wouldn't be surprising being in the dry heat during winter. For sure some of those leaves look bad now that I look closely. Maybe some hard water spray residue. it seems to wipe off rather than be embedded.

Pics of that species look like the buds are pink. I don't recall seeing pink but could have missed it. Can't believe I never took a picture of it blooming. It was quite fun to have a blooming plant in the winter (although too fragrant for indoors!)

Do you think I can get it to bloom again outdoors with fert this summer? I know my amaryllis get all confused about when to bloom when they are forced.

Relatively EASY indoor jasmine but never let it dry out, lost several from keeping it too dry. Had two most recently, one on the shaded deck in the back fine, one in the front toasted aster 4 days of mid 90's heat.
