I plan to use ScuffX on walls (matte) and trim (satin). I am concerned though about the kitchen walls. With steam from dishwasher and sink as well as cooking byproducts, is the ScuffX matte sufficient? Would going ScuffX eggshell be better in these areas? I have somewhat of an open concept home, so I am also struggling with how to transition between finishes.

ScuffX spec page says it can be used in a bathroom. I have a very small bathroom with a fan but no window. I was thinking of going Satin there to be precautious.
