I would say yes. I used this in our lake house (i actually always use 2 for fullness), in the 84 inch length. Using a curved rod also gives the showerer a bit more of interior room.

You'll need a full height curtain and a vinyl liner to accomplish this installation.

If you can find the curtain and liner in the longer version, I would go for it. It looks better when the shower curtain and liner are taller.

Do not raise the rod until you have a curtain. BTDT and ended up sewing a custom curtain to be long enough.

I am a fan of a higher rod and custom shower curtains - i get them off Etsy, a bit more money but you only buy them once and they look so nice

It will be very dark in the shower as it appears that there is not a light above the shower. Sometimes function comes before looks.

I like the taller curtain + liner option as well. But don’t get a black rod (unless, of course, you get a black curtain or liner).

I was just thinking what rnmom said. Too dark! Is there a good fan or a window? You might want more space at the top for extra air flow between uses.

Yes for curtains from ceiling and get double panels for luxury look.
