Never had iris not bloom. last few years profuse flowering? Can cold kill them? It was extremely warm and they came up early then we had extremely cold May.

Also.. my swenson red grape appears completely dead. Not coming back from roots either! Things were fine and it was coming out of dormancy and them it got real cold. i can understand everything above geound dying, but the roots too? is that possible?
