Hi Denise......It is very dark, I would suggest you paint the body BM Swiss Coffee and the trim BM Natural Cream. Over the garage I would put an arbor with blooming vines. I can't see your front door, but you might want to paint that BM Normandy. When this is done it will be a lovely backdrop for an English garden on the left which will hide the foundation gray.

Paint the garage and the front door (can't even see the door) in a bright sunny color. This should help a lot, as would adding more greenery to the left side of your garden.

Paint will fix it. You like French country follow Matilda’s advice with the Swiss Coffee and had some French blue.

What zone are you in and which direction is the entrance facing ? The rock on the house should be accentuated and some terracing work across the front to level the elevation . Proper Landscaping to frame house and break up that roof, new colors for the trim and doors, do something with gravel in front of drive like replace or at least put a distinct boarder to it.
