Art and its placement is very subjective. There are no rules.

Some people place art from floor to ceiling and some prefer less.

Some like just a few large pieces and some lots of smaller pieces, OR a mix of both.

Make your space unique and a reflection of your personality.

Also don't be afraid to make small nail holes in your walls!

centered eye level regardless of the size... can you stack them for a statement?

Have you tried spinning the sectional to face the fireplace rather than squeezing it into the corner?

Here’s an idea for hanging pictures in your space. Use the ones you’ve created and then add some additional. Don’t forgoet to highlight pieces with lighting.

I dislike "gallery " walls first because no gallery hangs art like that unless all one artist . I think art is best when hung so each piece can be appreciated , so depending on the pieces maybe hung in a row but I would still need to see them. As for mixing some random store bought with originals not on my life

I like Simplynatural's idea of grouping the three paintings over the ottoman. Bear in mind you can change the visual size of the paintings by making the mats wider if necessary. If you do group them, use the same style, color, and material for all three of the frames.

^ Or have frames and mats and/or possibly content that relate to one another in some way, but not necesarily in ALL ways.

With what information and views provided, I'd place the larger one over your ottoman for now; not enough room for too much there with all the light switches etc. I'd place the other two side by side over the sectional on the wall with the stairwell above to ground your view. Currently the dark railing above is distracting. Leave the other wall free for now since you have a window there. Don't turn your sectional; it's perfect. You have a lovely space. I hope you show your art. Don't be afraid.

As shown by @simplynatural in her inspiration photos, I, also, think the wall next to the window should be the focal spot. An additional idea would be to move the black console table and add one large piece of art.

The staircase wall doesn't need anything else, IMO. The black railings are enough.

I like @Emily's suggestion of the your three pieces over the ottoman, with a light.
