I have no trouble logging in on my HP-Windows-Ecosia computer.

I got to the page on my smartphone, too, but couldn't send a message, unable to type it. I don't often use the phone this way, so don't know if it had something to do with my inexperience.

I only use my MacBook Air too.

I sent Jennifer an email last night, noting that while I nearly always use my MacBook Air, which worked fine all week, I could also log in just fine on my iPhone, too (albeit with frustration -- arthritic fingers are no picnic on an iPhone!). I suspect she may have become a victim of Houzz's generally glitchy, buggy software that has somehow blocked or messed up her account. Happened to me some years ago and has happened to many since. One workaround might be to create a new email account on gmail and use that as the basis for a new, similar-sounding user ID. I can't remember what happened to Bart that left her stranded and how she got back (and I'm not finding her accounts of how she solved the issue), but Bart is now back, as her user ID proclaims!

Jackie, I admire you for not getting addicted to Internet! I myself just got a smartphone (actually my DH's old one),but I don't use it except for What's app.

Catspa, my problem is that I can't log in using Firefox, but got around it by using Brave instead.

Hi all! Thanks so much @jacqueline9CA and @catspa_zone9sunset14 for your mindfulness to solicit help!! Im not sure what exactly happened, but I was getting an error message stating, ”429 Error too many requests”. I thought maybe it was something about my login location, so I turned my vpn off (not sure why that would be a factor) but I am now able to access Houzz! Whatever solved the issue, I’m happy to be back and read/post about roses again! Hurray!
