Bering Laminate Floors - Weston Collection

Hi everyone! We're having a hard time finding a laminate floor we love. Has anyone installed Bering Floors Weston Collection in Sunlit Birch or Gilded Timber, or Mohawk RevWood in Sand Dunes? If so, I'd love to see photos and hear your feedback on how it's held up and whether you'd choose it again. Thank you!

There is no point /answer in what anyone has in their home. There is only your home.

A good LVP, means one that suits you home and its contents. One that looks good in the light you have, artificial and natural. and with the kitchen you have , it's paint or stain cabinetry, with your everything.

The way to decide is to order a full box of anything you are considering, and lay it out on your floor. Or lay it out with all other materials you are selecting, IF you are building new.

You do that, whether you are building, remodeling etc. Get a full box, Is there a better way? Nope.: )

Even photo galleries online are not all that helpful. None are your space, your home.

We could ask why LVP at all.....climate, dogs, it's a basement , etc where it is going, might you have engineered hardwood, or sand on site or ?

A zillion questions only you can answer.

Just a note that this facebook group has tons of pics and info on laminate and LVP - use the search bar to find those floors

Thank you @Patricia Colwell Consulting - Revwood is laminate and Bering floors are considered hybrid but have more laminate qualities.

Thanks @JAN MOYER, I completely agree—color is so dependent on lighting. I was hoping to see installed photos mainly to get a better sense of the plank variation and repeat pattern. Sometimes a sample board looks beautiful, but once it's installed over a larger area, the variation can be much more noticeable. You're right, though—I should probably just buy a box. I appreciate the recommendation!

Fwiw we used mohawk revwood premier in a recent lake build - lighthouse oak - and have been really happy with it (no striping which was important to me)

we chose Revwood bc our floor pros really liked working with it and it never gave them any issues - as you know installation is where most lvp/laminate floors fail so getting the best installers matters, perhaps ask your installers their opinion? i’d be hesitant to use the Bering since there is not much out there on it

I appreciate the info @la_la Girl! I'm going to take another look at RevWood. There are so many positive reviews and happy customers online. Bering's specs seem very comparable, but you're right—there isn't much information available since they're a smaller distributor.
